INTERESTING DETAILS
This lively and modern Mexico Street inspired two-story restaurant was artfully conceived and carefully executed, and we were thrilled to collaborate with such a formidable creative team on this exciting project.
This modern restaurant includes wide garage doors, a stunning rooftop patio, and an abundance and wide variety of carefully selected seating for both indoors and outdoors.
The space features bold murals, hanging metal pendant lights, and enormous planters for a biophilic touch and a bit of privacy. This festive yet sophisticated restaurant is located at 245 18 th St NW Atlanta.
We were excited to collaborate with David Chiem of Office Creations on this vibrant and
inviting space. Additional collaborators included Alejandra Dunphy (A-D) Design Studio, Fernando Garcia of FG Architecture, and owner Diego Velasquez.

We thoroughly enjoyed working on this Cortland Living Project, where every single detail was carefully considered and executed.
This multi-family renovation project includes numerous newly renovated spaces such as a leasing center, clubhouse, and resident amenity zones. Active lifestyle amenities include a yoga studio, fitness center, and resort style pool that were painstakingly recreated with stunning results.
This gorgeous, upscale property is located near North Point Mall, Avalon and the Chattahoochee Nature Center.
We were excited to collaborate with Cortland Living on this warm, inviting and exceptional space.
